  • Tides Foundation/Atlantic Philanthropies Age-Friendly Communities

    As part of the international Age-Friendly Communities movement, Success Measures designed and implemented a case study evaluation process for Age Friendly Communities USA, a project of the Tides Center, with funding from Atlantic Philanthropies. The goal of the Age-Friendly Communities - USA Project was to rely on a highly participatory approach to engage a diverse group of leading community development organizations interested in embedding planning, programs and community engagement strategies for and by seniors into the fabric of their organizations.

  • Ford Foundation/Metropolitan Opportunity Unit

    Through a five-year comprehensive collaborative partnership, Success Measures provided customized evaluation services to the Ford Foundation’s Metropolitan Opportunity Unit by designing and implementing a participatory outcome evaluation of its $200 million effort to connect people to opportunity, advancing equity  in 10 metropolitan areas and nationally.

  • NeighborWorks of Western Vermont

    Rutland, Vermont

    Success Measures provided evaluation consulting services to NeighborWorks of Western Vermont (NWWVT) to administer a quality of life survey, helping them to better understand housing conditions in a Rutland neighborhood and resulting in substantial new funding for the organization.

    Toledo Region, Ohio

    Supported by Success Measures’ evaluation services, NeighborWorks Toledo Region focused on developing the capacity of staff and community residents to measure the impact of ongoing neighborhood revitalization efforts. This effort helped the organization become a trusted data partner for both a major hospital and local community foundation – partnerships which have yielded significant funding for NeighborWorks Toledo Region.

  • Primavera Foundation of South Tucson

    Tucson, Arizona

    The Primavera Foundation has built a strong culture of evaluation and effective use of data over the last decade and has partnered with Success Measures in their evaluation efforts since 2008. Through these endeavors, Primavera has engaged community residents, including youth, in the evaluation process, informed planning, improved programs, and leveraged new resources to expand homeownership and community development opportunities.

    In 2013, an outcome evaluation carried out by NeighborWorks Pocatello in the Old Town neighborhood of Pocatello, Idaho successfully strengthened the organization's community engagement efforts and created an effective platform for marketing the neighborhood to new and prospective homeowners.
