Staff

The Success Measures team of experienced community development evaluation professionals and related administrative personnel includes both NeighborWorks America staff and a network of skilled consultants. Maggie Grieve, Vice President, Success Measures leads the team, while Brooke Finn, Senior Vice President for Evaluation, Leadership, and Peer Learning at NeighborWorks America, oversees the overall Success Measures program area.

    Vice President, Success Measures
    Maggie Grieve

    Maggie’s integral role with Success Measures began in 1998 at the McAuley Institute, a national affordable housing intermediary, where she co-directed the creation and testing of new collective impact measures for the community development field and led the development and design of a cutting-edge data system to streamline their use by nonprofits and funders. Since Success Measures joined NeighborWorks America in 2004, Maggie has directed the scaling of all aspects of the social enterprise, including the development of new tool sets such as Health and Community Development. Prior to her work on Success Measures, she was the director of research and evaluation at McAuley and the manager of Arlington Virginia’s Neighborhood Improvement Team. In her extensive career, Maggie has provided a range of consulting, research, and management services to community-based organizations, national intermediaries, local governments, and foundations to design and implement innovative participatory planning, evaluation, community revitalization, and action research initiatives. She has co-authored several publications and articles on key issues in the community development field.

    Maggie holds a B.A. in American Studies from the University of Minnesota and studied Urban Planning at the Graduate School of Fine Arts, University of Pennsylvania.

  • Lana Jacobus

    Manager, Success Measures Marketing & Communications

    Lana Jacobus joined Success Measures in 2024 to develop and execute communication initiatives for the social enterprise’s stakeholders, potential new audiences and the field. She conceives and develops content for newsletters, articles, web pages, and other digital and print media platforms. She also supports the team through overseeing the editorial aspects of client products and by collaborating on communications strategy, materials and data for the business development efforts.

    Prior to joining Success Measures, Lana was the Development Specialist at Grantmakers In Health, where she supported fundraising initiatives through relationship building and producing marketing collateral on health philanthropy news and resources. She also served as the Community Relations Coordinator at the Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing and Communications Specialist at the Washington State Housing Finance Commission.

    Lana received her B.S. in General Biology from the University of Washington.

  • Nancy Kopf

    Senior Director, Success Measures Evaluation Services
    Nancy Kopf

    Since joining Success Measures in 2005, Nancy has overseen all aspects of its training and technical assistance services. She directs a team of evaluation, community development, and training professionals to support a wide range of community development organizations, foundations, intermediaries, and other nonprofits as they incorporate and use the Success Measures evaluation methods and tools. Before coming to NeighborWorks America, Nancy served as Senior Evaluation Specialist with Innovation Network, Inc., a nonprofit consulting firm specializing in participatory evaluation. During her tenure there, she worked with nonprofit organizations across the country to support both individual and multi-organization collaborative evaluation efforts. Earlier in her career, she was an evaluator for Montgomery County Public Schools, leading participatory evaluation efforts related to new technology initiatives.

    Nancy received her B.A. from Boston University and a Masters in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.

  • Katie Kristensen

    Manager, Equitable Evaluation

    Joining Success Measures in 2024, Katie is managing the team’s portfolio of evaluation and learning strategy services for philanthropic clients and their grantees who are addressing housing, health and racial equity through innovative programs. In this role, she leads the coordination and implementation of creative and emergent evaluation and learning processes including strategic project management, data collection, analysis and communication.

    Before joining Success Measures, Katie served as Manager of Operations at the Social Policy Institute at Washington University in St. Louis and managed financial capability and empowerment programs in several previous positions. Katie has a B.A. in Sociology/Women’s and Gender Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master of Social Work from the George Warren Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis.

     

  • Jessica Mulcahy

    Senior Director, Success Measures Philanthropic Evaluation Strategies
    Jessica Mulcahy

    Jessica came to NeighborWorks America in 2004 as an integral part of the original Success Measures team at the McAuley Institute. As a cultural anthropologist with significant experience in participatory and mixed-method evaluations that bring diverse perspectives together for inclusive input, she now directs the enterprise’s custom consulting evaluation projects and strategic learning processes for national and regional funders, intermediaries and funding collaboratives. Jessica also leads the research, development and testing of measurement tools and evaluation frameworks related to community development, including financial capability, community engagement, health and healthy communities and creative community development.

    Prior to her work as a research associate at McAuley, Jessica served as program coordinator at the Community Partnership Center at University of Tennessee directing the Participatory Research and Planning Program, and as director of the Community Outreach Partnership Center at University of Florida. She holds a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology from Bryn Mawr College and an M.A. in Cultural Anthropology from University of Florida.

  • Hasib Siddiqi

    Director, Success Measures Financial Management & Analysis
    Hasib Siddiqi

    Hasib joined Success Measures in 2021 to manage the business and financial analysis, planning, budgeting and reporting for the Success Measures enterprise. He brings to the team significant experience in managerial accounting and oversight of financial operations.

    Before joining NeighborWorks, Hasib served as Senior Financial Analyst for Family Health International and as a Budget Analyst and Accountant for the U.S. State Department. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from Kardan University, Kabul, Afghanistan, and a Master of Business Administration from University of Massachusetts.

     

  • Lynne Wallace

    Senior Director, Success Measures Partnerships & Business Operations
    Lynne Wallace

    Since joining Success Measures in 2019, Lynne has led external relations and new business and partnership development for the social enterprise. She directs strategic efforts to secure clients for Success Measures evaluation services/products and funders for enterprise growth and special initiatives. Lynne also directs the business operations team responsible for financial management and analysis as well as administrative services and procurement.

    Lynne previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Way Finders, Inc., a NeighborWorks network organization in Springfield, MA, where she had oversight of their six lines of business in housing and community development, and as Vice President for Business Development & Operations at Dietz & Company Architects. Lynne received her B.S. from Springfield College and a Master of Business Administration from University of Massachusetts.

  • Charity N. Whitehead

    Senior Manager, Success Measures Evaluation Services
    Charity Whitehead

    Charity joined Success Measures in 2023 to manage evaluation consulting and technical assistance projects along with developing information resources and tools to support evaluation capacity building. She brings to this work her expertise as a mixed methods evaluator and applied researcher in domestic and international development contexts with a focus on utilizing equity-focused, culturally responsive and participatory approaches. Previously, Charity managed evaluation and research projects for a variety of clients and donors such as United States Agency for International Development, U.S. Department of State, Millennium Challenge Corporation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Humanity United, Mastercard Foundation, National Endowment of Democracy and UNICEF.

    Charity is pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy with a concentration in Evaluation and Analytical Methods from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She holds an M.A. in International Development Studies from The George Washington University, a graduate certificate in survey methodology from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in Africana Studies and Psychology from the University of Connecticut.

  • Tenia Wilson

    Manager, Program Services
    Tenia Wilson

    Tenia joined Success Measures in 2020, bringing to the team her 13 years of project and budget management experience working in other areas of NeighborWorks America. As Manager, Program Services for Success Measures, Tenia plans, coordinates and implements the administrative and business management systems that support the social enterprise’s operations.

    Tenia’s prior experience at NeighborWorks America includes Senior Coordinator in the Training Division and Senior Assistant to the SVP/Controller in Finance. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and is currently working toward a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration through the University of Maryland.
