Tenia has been with NeighborWorks America for over 18 years, bringing extensive project and budget management experience from working across multiple divisions. In 2020, she joined the Success Measures team. As Senior Manager, Program Services for Success Measures, Tenia leads and implements the administrative and business management systems that support the social enterprise’s operations. She works with internal and external partners to ensure efficient coordination of payments, contracts and other administrative processes.
Tenia’s prior experience at NeighborWorks America includes Senior Coordinator in the Training Division and Senior Assistant to the SVP/Controller in Finance. She is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) and is currently working toward a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration through the University of Maryland.
