For Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation, a regional community development financial institution, Success Measures conducted an interactive evaluation planning process including a multi-phase evaluation plan, theory of change and implementation strategy. As an innovative financier of affordable housing and community development, MHIC’s evaluation plan included outcomes for individuals and communities served through the corporation’s investments as well as its work supporting minority workers, minority-owned businesses and economic vitality. The Success Measures team supported implementation of the evaluation’s initial phase of work. (2019 – 2021)
