For the National League of Cities/Cities of Opportunity’s work with cities pursuing cross-sector collaborations to advance health and racial equity through policy, practice and systems change and innovative local programming, Success Measures provided evaluation planning and qualitative analysis of key learnings from two cohorts of participating cities. The team developed a theory of change and project brief to communicate the initiative’s vision, strategies, outcomes and learnings. Work continues with Success Measures facilitating an evaluative learning process for the initiative and participating cities, conducting further program outcome evaluation and providing advisory services to support the dissemination of the initiative’s learnings and scaling of the model nationally.
