Success Measures is serving as the survey implementation partner for Enterprise’s work on an initiative made possible by an investment from Kaiser Permanente. Success Measures collaborated with Enterprise to develop a resident survey on health and well-being and implement it at multifamily affordable housing properties. This effort, designed to improve housing conditions toward better health outcomes, is being conducted annually for seven years at each of the properties. Working with the Success Measures team, the organizations collect the data and use the Success Measures Data System to store and manage the information, allowing Enterprise to aggregate the information and follow change over time. As new projects are financed through the fund, Success Measures works with the developer to implement the resident survey. (2018 – ongoing)
