Findings of health outcomes national demonstration project to be released in June!

May 2, 2019

In June, the final report will be available on the findings of the Health Outcomes Demonstration Project, a three-year national initiative jointly implemented by Success Measures at NeighborWorks America and Enterprise Community Partners, which helped twenty community development organizations learn to measure health outcomes and be better equipped to partner with health institutions. Through two rounds of data collection, the organizations evaluated how their housing and community development programs create positive health outcomes for residents and their community. The Success Measures Evaluation Tools for Community Development and Health, new measurement tools piloted by the participating organizations, are available as a free resource for the field.

The demonstration project was supported by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, The Kresge Foundation, NeighborWorks America, Enterprise Community Partners, The Hearst Foundation, Inc., and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and by in-kind support from the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco.
