Grieve, vice president of Success Measures, highlighted the final report of the national 2-1/2 year Health Outcomes Demonstration Project, jointly managed by Success Measures and Enterprise Community Partners, that supported twenty organizations across the country who used the Success Measures Health Outcome Tools to evaluate and understand their impact on health outcomes.
