Success Measures and consulting partner Verge Impact Partners planned and conducted an equitable developmental evaluation, facilitated work sessions and national convenings, and analyzed the housing portfolio for Kresge’s Advancing Health Equity Through Housing funding program which supports community-driven practices that create change at the intersection of health and housing.
Success Measures, in partnership with Kia Levey-Burden of Launch Consulting, designed and facilitated an evaluative learning process for the foundation and a cohort of community-based organizations in Connecticut who are working to advance health justice and equity through power building and community advocacy.
Success Measures served as evaluation partner to the staff of the National Collaborative for Health Equity’s Culture of Health Leadership Institute for Racial Healing who hope to learn about participants’ experience in its 18-month pilot.
