Over several years, Success Measures has been working with the Maryland Department of Disabilities, the state entity focused on promoting equality of opportunity, access and choice for residents with a range of disabilities. To help evaluate opportunities for residents living in affordable housing apartment communities across the state, Success Measures developed a resident satisfaction survey, planned and supported data collection activities in identified properties, entered the information into the Success Measures Data System and provided analysis and reporting on the findings. This information is helping the department understand more fully the range of quality-of-life issues facing residents. (2020– 2024)
