Senior Manager, Success Measures Evaluation Services

Charity joins Success Measures in 2023 to manage evaluation consulting and technical assistance projects along with developing information resources and tools to support evaluation capacity building. She brings to this work her expertise as a mixed methods evaluator and applied researcher in domestic and international development contexts with a focus on utilizing equity-focused, culturally responsive and participatory approaches. Previously, Charity managed evaluation and research projects for a variety of clients and donors such as United States Agency for International Development, U.S. Department of State, Millennium Challenge Corporation, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Humanity United, Mastercard Foundation, National Endowment of Democracy and UNICEF.

Charity is pursuing a Ph.D. in Public Policy with a concentration in Evaluation and Analytical Methods from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. She holds an M.A. in International Development Studies from The George Washington University, a graduate certificate in survey methodology from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in Africana Studies and Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
