Lynne Wallace now serves as Co-Vice President of Success Measures, co-leading the enterprise alongside Jessica Anders-Mulcahy. Together, they guide the strategic direction, operations and growth of Success Measures, advancing its mission to provide rigorous, community-centered evaluation and learning services to the broad community development field.
Since joining Success Measures in 2019, Lynne has led external relations, business strategy and partnership development. She directs efforts to secure clients for Success Measures’ evaluation and learning services as well as funders for enterprise resources and special initiatives. She also oversees the business operations team and is responsible for financial management, marketing and communications, procurement and administrative functions.
Prior to joining NeighborWorks America, Lynne served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Way Finders, Inc., a NeighborWorks network organization in Springfield, MA, where she oversaw six lines of business in housing and community development. Earlier in her career, she was Vice President for Business Development and Operations at Dietz & Company Architects. Lynne holds a B.S. from Springfield College and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.
