Rebecca joined Success Measures in 2025 to advance evaluation and learning for community-based and philanthropic organizations focused on community development and other place-based initiatives. She leads participatory evaluation consulting and technical assistance projects.
Rebecca brings ten years of experience in planning, managing and carrying out mixed methods evaluation and research projects, including more than seven years of experience supporting government agencies, foundations and nonprofits as a researcher at Mathematica. She specializes in quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis of programs designed to support families as well as providing technical assistance to help programs improve.
Before Mathematica, Rebecca worked in the nonprofit sector providing direct client services that addressed local housing, health and workforce needs. Her experience in and deep knowledge of social service programs and systems informs her work with community-based organizations solving evaluation challenges.
Rebecca holds a B.A. with honors in Sociology and Anthropology from Washington and Lee University and a Master of Arts with honors in Public Policy from the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago.
