A case study of the comprehensive collaborative evaluation facilitated by Success Measures for the Ford Foundation’s Metropolitan Opportunity Unit (MOU). This participatory effort aims to assess the Unit’s five-year initiative to connect people to economic opportunity, expand access to quality housing, and promote innovative land use in nine metropolitan regions across the country. The case study was presented at the December 2012 convening of the Evaluation Roundtable in New York.
