The Kresge Foundation

Success Measures and consulting partner Verge Impact Partners planned and conducted an equitable developmental evaluation, facilitated work sessions and national convenings, and analyzed the housing portfolio for Kresge’s Advancing Health Equity Through Housing (HEH) funding program which supports community-driven practices that create change at the intersection of health and housing. The team identified the frameworks and strategies that the HEH grantees use to advance health through housing. Out of this formative work, the team is leading a co-designed learning community with the grantees in the Housing and Health Equity portfolio. Grantees have identified the four key learning areas which they continue to pursue: Sharing Stories; Community Power; Policy and Politics; and Skill Development. (2019 – 2024)
