Success Measures is supporting the Greater Minnesota Housing Fund (GMHF), a CDFI addressing the affording housing needs of under-served areas throughout Minnesota, as it looks to implement and expand the impact of its new strategic plan.
For the National League of Cities/Cities of Opportunity’s work with cities pursuing cross-sector collaborations to advance health and racial equity through policy, practice and systems change and innovative local programming, Success Measures provided evaluation planning and qualitative analysis of key learnings from two cohorts of participating cities.
Success Measures is in its fourth year providing evaluation and technical assistance to some of AARP’s Purpose Prize winners and fellows — innovative individuals ages 50+ using their knowledge and experience to build a better future through their nonprofit organizations.
Over many years, Success Measures has served as long-term evaluation partner to the Regional Foundation (formerly Wells Fargo Regional Foundation) which works to improve the lives of children and families in low-income Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware communities by concentrating its resources on comprehensive, neighborhood-based economic and community development initiatives.
Since 2005, Success Measures has served as an evaluation resource for NeighborWorks’ national programs and network of 250 housing and community development organizations.
Success Measures is serving as the survey implementation partner for Enterprise’s work on an initiative made possible by an investment from Kaiser Permanente.
Over several years, Success Measures has been working with the Maryland Department of Disabilities, the state entity focused on promoting equality of opportunity, access and choice for residents with a range of disabilities.
